Events must be suitable for public viewing in family friendly business environments.
Prohibited content includes:
• Profanity
• Nudity or sexually explicit material
• Explicit or graphic imagery
• Radical or divisive political messaging
• Harsh or highly controversial themes
• Promotion or depiction of drugs, alcohol, or abusive behaviors
Technical Requirements
• Submitted event media must be high resolution and compatible with widescreen digital displays
• Visual content must be clean and free of glitches or interruptions
• File metadata must be included for accurate identification and scheduling
Event Information Requirement
Each event must include:
• Event name
• Event date and time
• Venue location
• Short description of the event
• Organizer or host name
• Contact or follow information such as website or social media
Content Rights and Usage Agreement
By submitting an event for promotion, the organizer grants Edit My TV a non exclusive, royalty free license to display and distribute the event content across the digital signage network.
The event organizer confirms that:
