To be featured on the Edit My TV digital signage network, your business must provide a digital portfolio for review. This can include a website, social media pages, or a sample promotional graphic or ad. Approval is required before your business is granted permission to appear on the Edit My TV platform.
Businesses must follow these guidelines:
Content Standards
All submitted content must be appropriate for public viewing in family friendly environments.
Prohibited content includes:
• Profanity
• Nudity or sexually explicit material
• Graphic or explicit imagery
• Radical or divisive political messaging
• Harsh or controversial themes
• Promotion or depiction of drugs, alcohol, or harmful and abusive behaviors
Technical Requirements
• All assets must be high resolution and compatible with widescreen digital displays
• Content must be clean and free from visual glitches or interruptions
• File metadata must be included for accurate identification and scheduling
Business Information Requirement
Businesses must provide a brief description to accompany their display content. This should include:
• Business name
• Short business overview
• Preferred contact or follow details (website, social media, etc.)
Content Rights and Usage Agreement
By submitting content to Edit My TV, your business grants Edit My TV a non exclusive, royalty free license to use, display, and distribute the content on its digital signage network.
Your business confirms that:
• You hold all necessary rights and permissions to share and display the submitted content
• Your content does not infringe on any third party rights
• You will not hold Edit My TV liable for copyright claims related to your submissions
• The individual uploading the content verifies full ownership and rights to use all included material
