Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Edit My TV’s Terms and Conditions page. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Services Provided
1.1. Core Services
• Installation of digital signage systems for businesses, including computer installation on TVs provided by the Customer.
• Dedicated support as long as the subscription is maintained.
1.2. Premium Services
• High-end remote updates and maintenance.
• Professional photography sessions to showcase business offerings.
• Installation of additional promotional screens at no extra charge with certain subscriptions.
2. Payment Terms
2.1. Customers are required to pay the agreed monthly service charge on time. Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension or termination.
2.2. All setup fees and additional service charges are due upon signing the agreement unless otherwise stated.
2.3. Edit My TV reserves the right to terminate the service for non-payment. Customers will be given a grace period to settle overdue amounts before service termination.
3. Term and Termination
3.1. This Agreement is effective for a minimum term of 6 months or 1 year, as selected by the Customer during sign-up.
3.2. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with a 30-day written notice. If the Customer terminates the service before the end of the agreed term, early termination fees may apply.
3.3. Edit My TV reserves the right to cancel service at any time for any reason, including but not limited to non-compliance with the terms of this Agreement.
4. Liability and Indemnification
4.1. Edit My TV is not responsible for any vulgar, offensive, or inappropriate content that may be displayed due to customer-provided materials. The Customer is solely responsible for the content they provide for display.
4.2. The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Edit My TV from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to the content provided by the Customer.
4.3. Edit My TV will provide necessary hardware for the service and is responsible for hardware maintenance. However, Edit My TV is not liable for interruptions in service due to power outages or internet connectivity issues.
5. Responsibilities of the Customer
5.1. The Customer must provide a reliable electricity source and high-speed internet for the digital signage to function properly.
5.2. The Customer agrees to allow Edit My TV to advertise their business within the Edit My TV ad network, which may include promotional content and banners.
5.3. The Customer must supply their own TVs for use with the digital signage system provided by Edit My TV.
6. Additional Terms
6.1. Referral programs, if any, must be agreed upon in writing and signed by both parties.
6.2. A deposit covering the first and last month’s service costs is required upon signing the Agreement to ensure continuity in billing.
